Disclosed is a compound represented by formula (I-S-7a) wherein: ring A represents a C5-12 monocyclic or bicyclic carbocyclic group or a 5- to 12-membered monocyclic or bicyclic heterocyclic group which contain 1 to 3 hetero atoms selected from an oxygen atom, a nitrogen atom and a sulfur atom; X represents a divalent group having 1 to 8 atoms in its main chain which contains 1 to 4 functional groups selected from C1- alkylene, C1-8 alkylene substituted with 1 to 3 halogen atoms or methyl, C2-8 alkenylene, C2-8 alkylene substituted with 1 to 3 halogen atoms or methyl, a nitrogen atom, a nitrogen atom substituted with methyl, -CO-, -O-, -S-, C3-6 cycloalkylene, C3-6 cycloalkylene substituted with 1 to 3 halogen atoms or methyl, phenylene, and phenylene substituted with 1 to 3 halogen atoms and wherein the rest of the substituents are disclosed within the specification. Also disclosed is the use of the above compound in the manufacture of a medicament for preventing and/or treating a disease related to EDG-1 and/or EDG-6.
