PURPOSE: A carbon dioxide transfer distribution device and a carbon dioxide transfer distribution method using the same are provided to reduce carbon dioxide by transferring the collected carbon dioxide of high concentration to a destination through a pipe filled with a fillable media bed and distribute the transferred carbon dioxide. CONSTITUTION: A carbon dioxide transfer distribution device comprises one or more concentrating tank(20), one or more transferring tank(30), one or more transferring pipe(40), and one or more distribution pipe(50). Adsorbate(25) and basic amine series solvent are included within the concentrating tank. The transferring tank is connected to the concentrating tank through a connection pipe(27), and includes first filling material(35) and organic acid. The transferring pipe is connected to the transferring tank, and includes second filling material(45). One end of the distribution pipe is connected to the transferring pipe. The other end of the distribution pipe is opened.
