<p>A conditioning arrangement for a controlled fermentation cabinet in a bakery, comprising equipment for circulating air for heating as well as for refrigerating, through the cabinet. There is a thermometric device constantly putting out an electrical current corresp. to the prevailing temp., and the temp. desired can be set by means of a device utilising some of the current generated. Control devices fed by the current switch on the heating when a fall in temp. is signalled and vice-versa. These comprise a flip-flop for the heating as well as for the cooling together with devices for putting the flip-flops in equilibrium. The controls for the heating and for the refrigeration consist of triacs operated by reed contacts, and are assembled in series between two points of fixed potential. The potential at their common point is regulated by the output of the thermometric device and correspondingly the heater and the refrigerator either work alternately or are disconnected simultaneously. A simpler and more efficient circuit is obtd.</p> |
