<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative electrode for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery having high bonding strength between a current collector and a mix layer, and capable of achieving high capacity of the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery; and to provide the method of manufacturing the negative electrode, and the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery equipped with the negative electrode. <P>SOLUTION: The negative electrode for the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery includes a current collector and a mix layer formed on the current collector, and the mix layer contains polyvinyl pyrrolidone in which a K value represented by formula (1) is in a range of 34-112, carboxymethyl cellulose, and a latex binder, and a negative active material, and the carboxymethyl cellulose is more contained than the polyvinyl pyrrolidone in weight percentage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
