<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device suitable for feeding a volatile solution or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A solution feeding device 50 includes a hollow piston shaft 2 installed so as to penetrate an upper wall of a container 10, a pan 3 supported by the piston shaft 2 so as to move up and down in conjunction with the piston shaft 2 relative to the container, a cylinder 20 installed within the container 10, a piston 25 linked with the piston shaft 2 so as to move up and down in conjunction with the piston shaft within the cylinder 20, and a spring 30 for giving upward force to the piston 25 within the cylinder 20. An opening area S2 of a groove 23 of a communicating hole provided at a lower part of the cylinder 20 is smaller than an opening area S1 of the hollow piston shaft 2. When the pan 3 is pushed down, the solution 9 in the cylinder 20 is discharged on the pan 3 through the hollow piston shaft 2. When the force for pushing down the pan 3 is removed, the piston 25 is pushed by the spring 30 so as to return upward and the solution 9 remaining on the pan 3 is collected through the hollow piston shaft 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
