<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid disconnection of a path of the data plane being subjected to data transfer when malfunction occurs only on the control plane in a network in which a data plane for communicating user data and a control plane for controlling a data transfer device are configured with different media. <P>SOLUTION: When a GMPLS control device for a control plane detects refresh timeout with respect to an adjacent node (101), existence or nonexistence of malfunction of a transmission device corresponding to a malfunction control device is checked (102), and if the malfunction is limited to a control plane, then a path condition is maintained (103) to continue the exchange of a refresh message with the adjacent node without resource release of the transmission device (104-107). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
