<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the formation of a space at a fitting part by using a vehicular air conditioner. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the case fitting structure of the air conditioner, a case 14 is divided into first, second and third case members 14a, 14b, 14c, the first case member 14a and the second case member 14b are fitted in the first direction, and the first and second case members 14a, 14b are fitted to the third case member 14c in the second direction across the first direction to constitute the case 14. An approaching structure 34 is provided in which, when the first and second case members 14a, 14b are fitted to the third case member 14c in the second direction for assembling, an assembling force in the second direction is converted into an assembling force in the first direction, and the first and second case members 14a, 14b are made to approach each other in the first direction. The approaching structure 34 is arranged on the inner side of the case or the outer side of the case from fitting parts 32, 33 to the first and second case members 14a, 14b and the third case member 14c.
