A method of producing castings of crankshafts by method of consumable patterns includes producing a cellular polystyrene pattern and a pouring gate system, connection thereof, dyeing with dressing, drying, its installation into a foundry container, moulding by friable fireproof filler, vibratory compaction, evacuation and filling with liquid fusion. The pouring gate system of pattern is made with diverting overflows and is connected to cheeks of the pattern of crankshaft. |
