<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a low-loss rectifying circuit using an FET, and to obtain an OR diode using the rectifying circuit, and a PFC rectifying circuit. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This rectifying circuit is characterized in that: the potential of a connecting point of a series connection circuit composed of a first resistance element and a second resistance element which divides potential between the positive electrode potential and the negative electrode potential of an external DC power supply is applied to a non-inverting input of an operational amplifier; the potential of the other end of a first semiconductor element is applied to an inverting input of the operational amplifier; the output potential of the operational amplifier is applied to the other end of a second semiconductor element; the potential of one end of the first semiconductor element is applied to a second control end; the potential of one end of the second semiconductor element is transmitted to a first control end; the potential of the first control end is controlled by the output potential of the operational amplifier when the potential of the other end of the first semiconductor element is below the potential of one end, and the first semiconductor element is made to be conductive; and the potential of the first control end is controlled by the output potential of the operational amplifier when the potential of the other end of the first semiconductor element exceeds the potential of one end, and a current flowing to one end from the other end of the first semiconductor element is blocked.
