PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamping device which can effectively clamp a game board on a part to be clamped such as a fixing frame of a game board, and also unclamp it with efficient work performance. SOLUTION: The clamping device is provided with a base member to be fixed at a fixed part, a first holding member 4 supported rotatably at the base member through a first supporting shaft, a second holding member 5 supported rotatably at the first holding member 4 through a second supporting shaft 13, and an unclamping member 6 supported rotatably at the first holding member 4 through a third supporting shaft 12 and operated to be released when releasing the clamp. The rim of a game board 20 is held and clamped by rotating the first holding member e4 and the second holding member 5 so that the rim of the game board 20 is pressed against the second holding member 5a of the second holding member 5. The unclamping member 6 is biased in the direction in which a latching part 6b for the clamp is engaged with a base latching part 14 using a spring member 16.
