<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective bearing joining structure in place of high-strength bolt joining, and a bearing joining member therefor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A screw hole (a) is formed in one member A of a joining object, and a tapered hole (b) having a diameter larger than its member is formed in the other member B. A screw 2a of a tip of a shaft member 2 is threaded attached to the screw hole (a), and a bearing surface 2c of an intermediate part of the shaft member 2 is arranged in the tapered hole (b) in a loosely inserted state. A plurality of wedge members 3 are inserted into the tapered hole (b), and a sub-nut 4 is threaded and attached to a screw 3b of its base end. A main nut 5 is threaded and attached to a screw 2b of a base end of the shaft member 2, and the wedge members 3 are pushed in the tapered hole (b) via the sub-nut 4, and both the mutual members A and B are fastened in a state of bringing an inner surface of the wedge members 3 and an outer surface of a tapered part 3a into close contact with a bearing surface 2c of the shaft member 2 and an inner surface of the tapered hole (b), respectively.
