<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester elastomer having excellent heat resistance in addition to elastic characteristics. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A polyester elastomer wherein its hard segment comprises a dicarboxylic acid component and a 2-10C glycol component, 5-100 mol% of the dicarboxylic acid component is a 6, 6'-(alkylenedioxy)di-2-naphthoic acid component, its soft segment is a poly(alkylene oxide) glycol component of a number-average molecular weight of 500-5,000, and the weight ratio between the hard segment component and the soft segment component is 20/80-80/20.
