<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying truck capable of easily being nested even when the environment around a base is not excellent. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The conveying truck includes leg parts 41, and a floor panel 20 which is foldable so that a front section 22 and a rear section 21 in the nesting direction are brought close to each other. The floor panel 20 is hanged from a supporting member 35 to support the floor panel via an arm 52 so as to form a space SB above the leg parts 41. The arm 52 is slidable with respect to the supporting member 35. The supporting member 35 forms a guide to determine the sliding direction of the arm 52 so that the front section 22 and the rear section 21 are brought close to each other.
