<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation unit of a combine harvester by which a safe operation can be carried out by gripping an operation unit grip without being disturbed by levers in a standing operation, and the operator can easily carry out maintenance by leaning out from the side of the floor of the operation unit toward the side of a threshing unit. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the operation unit 3 of the combine harvester, a front operation panel unit 11 equipped with a steering 13 and a side operation panel unit 12 equipped with a main speed change lever 13 are arranged in an inverted L-shape in a planer view and an operation seat 8 is installed in the rear of the front operation panel unit 11 through the operation unit floor 10, and the operation unit grip 2 almost along the longitudinal length of the side operation panel unit 12 is installed between the side operation panel unit 12 and the operation seat 8.
