PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a cross-copolymerized product that affords a syndiotactic polystyrene-cross-copolymerized olefin-styrene-diene copolymerized product or a syndiotactic polystyrene-cross-copolymerized olefin-diene copolymerized product, each having a crossed chain of the syndiotactic polystyrene. SOLUTION: An olefin-styrene-diene copolymer or an olefin-diene copolymer is synthesized by copolymerizing an olefin monomer, a styrene monomer and/or a diene monomer using a polymerization catalyst composed of a soluble transition metal catalyst and a co-catalyst in a coordination polymerization step and then coordination polymerization is carried out using a catalyst for polymerization of syndiotactic polystyrene in the co-presence of the olefin-styrene-diene copolymer or the olefin-diene copolymer and a styrene monomer in a crossing step.
