<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dry and regenerate an anti-fog film 24a of a windowpane 24 while keeping inside-air circulation for reducing heat-loss due to ventilation at cold time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An air-conditioning control device 27, which is provided with an outside-air temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of outside-air, introduces the outside-air blowing into vehicle interior partially and temporarily to perform anti-fog glass regeneration control for drying and regenerating the anti-fog film 24a applied to the windshield 24 in addition to usual air-conditioning control in the case where the outside-air temperature detected by the outside-air temperature sensor is not more than the predetermined temperature. By this, an inside air ratio can be raised while keeping an anti-fog state by partially introducing the outside-air to dry and regenerate the anti-fog film 24a while performing the inside-air circulation for reducing the heat-loss due to the ventilation at the cold time. In addition, the inside air ratio can be raised for reducing the ventilation heat-loss when traveling by temporarily introducing the outside-air utilizing parking/stopping or the like at the cold time so as to dry and regenerate the anti-fog film 24a.
