<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent rubber composition with low odor and high-speed crosslinkability obtained by roll kneading in a short period of time without scattering a hydrosilyl-containing compound as a crosslinker; a rubber composition with low odor obtained by hydrosilicon crosslinking of the rubber composition; and a rubber molded article comprising the rubber composition. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The present rubber composition is obtained by previously kneading a rubber composition (MB) containing a specific component, and subsequently kneading the rubber composition (MB) with a specific component.
