PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a total heat exchanger unit capable of effectively utilizing a space in a casing and having design rich in variation. SOLUTION: An air supply fan 37 and an exhaust fan 39 are disposed at a front side with respect to a total heat exchanger 35, an air supply suction opening 25 and an exhaust supply opening 31. A ventilation flue 41 is formed between the total heat exchanger 35 and a left face plate 23. An exhaust pathway is formed to allow the indoor air sucked from an exhaust suction opening 29 to successively flow in the total heat exchanger 35 and the exhaust fan 39, and then reach the exhaust supply opening 31 through the ventilation flue 41.
