PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a construction burden of a one's own company system on a money lender accompanying introduction of total amount control of the money lending law.

SOLUTION: A query acquisition part 42 receives a query querying data related to credit information of a customer inputted through an operation terminal 12 operated by a money lender. A query file creation part creates a data-querying file in a format requested by a server 14 operated by a credit information organization managing the credit information of a contractor based on the query. A query result reception part 54 receives a query result answered from the server 14 according to the query file, and a query result holding part 52 holds the result. A query retrieval part 44 decides whether the query is a query querying the same contents as the existing query result in reference to the query result holding part when receiving the query. A query return part 46 delivers the existing query result to the operation terminal 12 instead of creating the query file when the query result having the same contents as the query is present in the query result holding part 52.
