<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new benzoxazole derivative, a light-emitting element of which driving voltage is lowered and also the light-emitting element, a light-emitting device and an electronic equipment, of which consumption of electric power is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: This benzoxazole derivative is expressed by general formula (G1) [wherein Het is pyridyl or pyrimidinyl; Ar<SP>1</SP>to Ar<SP>4</SP>are each independently a substituted or a non-substituted 6-13C arylene; and R<SP>11</SP>to R<SP>18</SP>are each independently any of H, a 1-4C alkyl, a 1-4C haloalkyl, a substituted or a non-substituted 6-13C aryl, or a halogen]. Since the benzoxazole derivative has an electron injection property, it can be used for the light-emitting element, light-emitting device and electronic equipment suitably. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
