<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the distortion of a current waveform. <P>SOLUTION: A feed probe unit 130 is incorporated in a voltage-applying device 1 that applies voltage to an external feed terminal via a contact terminal. The feed probe unit 130 includes a connection cable 133 whose one end is connected to a spring probe 141 and which transmits incoming voltage from the other end to the spring probe 141. The feed probe unit 130 also includes an electromagnetic shield member 132 which covers the periphery of the connection cable 133 and connects each of one end and the other end of the connection cable 133 in its extending direction to a bus-bar 150. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
