PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater of which an exothermic part is structured of a plane. SOLUTION: The heater is characterized in that its exothermic part is structured by arranging exothermic coating on a base material having thermal shock resistance and a small thermal expansion coefficient. The exothermic coating is characterized in that it is arranged in plane to be sandwiched between two base materials formed in a plate-like or semicylindrical shape. In other embodiment, particularly, the exothermic coating is characterized in that it is arranged on a surface of the base material formed in a plate-like, semicylindrical, or cylindrical shape. In other embodiment, particularly, the exothermic coating is characterized in that it is arranged on both sides of the base material formed in a plate-like, semicylindrical, or cylindrical shape. In other embodiment, particularly, the coating material is characterized in that it is arranged in plane to be sandwiched between two cylindrical base materials combined in a double cylinder. In other embodiment, particularly, the exothermic coating is characterized in that it is applied on the base material by coating or silk printing.
