<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helmet without needing to worry about fallen hair with a minimum load in bad hair circumstances by solving the problems that hair is pressed by the weight of a helmet and gets moist and musty caused by sweat during a long time working with wearing a helmet, and when a man wearing a helmet is compared with one without wearing a helmet, hair of the one with wearing a helmet becomes thin and easily depilated and so forth. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Hair growth is promoted by installing protrusions in the interior of the helmet to stimulate the head and make a space between the hair and the interior, attaching a matter prepared by kneading tourmaline and ceramic to the protrusions to generate negative ions, neutralizing active oxygen, further, suppressing progression of depilation in connection with activation of hair root cells owing to the far infrared effect.
