SELECTIVELY PERMEABLE MATERIAL FOR HOUSE AND HOUSE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selectively permeable material for house which can form a film sufficient in gas permeability and a house air conditioning system using the same which can restrain the heat loss due to ventilation. SOLUTION: The selectively permeable material for house is formed by dispersing a solid additive into a polymer having an organosiloxane backbone. When oxygen and nitrogen are permeated through a film formed from the selectively permeable material for house, the relationship of the permeability coefficients (cm3×cm×sec-1×cm-2×cmHg-1) of oxygen and nitrogen at 23±2°C and at a pressure difference of 1.05-1.20 atm in film's both sides is denoted by expression (1): 0.94≤P(O2)/P(N2)<1 (1).
