PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair easy to operate both of braking/releasing of the chair and making an operative lever no obstacle even when a physically-challenged person sitting on the wheeled chair changes it to an office chair. SOLUTION: The chair 1 is provided with a brake device 12 for regulating a movement on the floor F through rolling of casters 11 fixed to leg bodies 7. The brake device 12 is provided with a brake part 15 fixed to the leg body 7 or to the base 2 supporting a seat 3 and providing the floor F with frictional resistance and the operative lever 13 placed in right/left corners and in the side or in the front of the seat 3 and for operation of the braking/releasing of the brake part 15.
