<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous net material capable of finely regulating its opening ratio for finely regulating screening effect and sound releasing properties. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The porous net material is formed of a porous heat bonding sheet wherein one face of a base material B having fine through-holes is laminated with a hot melt adhesive film F. The through-holes in the base material B are formed in the shape of a grating.
