<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operational amplifier circuit which is less in offsets, using a simple circuit configuration. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The operational amplifier includes a differential couple unit (MN1/MN2, MP1/MP2); a first switch unit (SG3); folded cascode connected current mirror circuit units (MP3-MP6, MN3-MN6); a second switch unit (SG1/SG2); and a buffer amplifier (BA). The first switch unit (SG3) and the second switch unit (SG1/SG2) are changed-ver in a cooperative manne, and an offset voltage is spatially dispersed, thereby equivalently canceling the offset.
