<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a provision time management system, a provision time management method and a provision time management program which, when a service based on a processing result can not be provided by a limit time, can rapidly notify a user as such. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A control part 21 of a service provision server 20 executes check processing when a start time or the next operation time comes. The control part 21 executes the calculation processing of a residual operation time and a delay time, and when it is not possible to provide a service by a limit time, the control part 21 transmits delay mail, and creates and outputs a delay message. When access is performed from a user terminal 10, picture data including the delay message are transmitted to the user terminal 10.
