<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin wiring layer capable of avoiding deterioration of luminous efficiency without causing coloring of a transparent conductive film during baking of a dielectric layer made of lead-free glass of a low melting point containing alkaline metal oxide. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The transparent conductive film 11, an underlying adhesion film 30, a main conductor layer 31 having Cu as a main component, and an antioxidation film 32 are formed one by one on the main surface of a substrate 10. A metal having standard electrode potential higher than that of the transparent conductive film 11, or a metal by which the coloring phenomenon of a transparent electrode stays within allowable values by local battery reaction arising from the difference of the standard electrode potential of the transparent conductive film is used for the underlying adhesion film 30 formed on the transparent conductive film 11.
