PURPOSE: A device of fixing vehicle attachments is provided to enable more secure and stable coupling of a spider clip with an attachment because the fastening legs of the spider clip are coupled to the fixing ribs of the attachment while the spider clip body is inserted between the fixing ribs. CONSTITUTION: A device of fixing vehicle attachments comprises an attachment(100) including fixing ribs(110), and a spider clip(200) which is composed of a body(210), a fastening part(220), and a holding part(230). One side of the spider clip is inserted between the fixing ribs of the attachment while the other is inserted in a fixing hole of a vehicle panel. The body is inserted between the fixing ribs. The fastening part includes a pair of legs(221) and fastening protrusions(222). The holding part includes an extension plate(231), a blade(232), a holding protrusion(233), and a reinforcing rib(234).
