<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To activate a plurality of kind of photographing functions through simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus stores in advance a photographing application program. Further, the information processing apparatus includes a photographing processing means which has a function different from that of the photographing application program. In an activation acceptance state, the information processing apparatus accepts a first activation operation for selectively activating a plurality of application programs, and a photographing enabling operation for setting a state of the information processing apparatus to a photographing enabled state.
