PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interruption device for preventing the disappearance of interruption, and for specifying the type of interruption in a short time, and an interruption system equipped with this interruption device. SOLUTION: Cards 15a to 15d as interruption devices are configured to be operated from a host CPU 11, and respectively provided with a register group (hardware interruption register group 24a and a software interruption register group 24b) for storing interruption information (flag) indicating the type of interruption to the host CPU 11 and an interruption issue unit 25 for, when a flag related with interruption whose interruption processing has been completed from the register group by the operation of the host CPU 11 is erased, confirming the presence/absence of the flag stored in the register group, and for, when there exists a flag stored in the register group, performing interruption based on the flag to the host CPU 11.
