<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and energy-efficient spinning apparatus capable of producing a nonwoven fabric having a uniform uniformity and consisting of fibers having a small fiber diameter with a high productivity, and an apparatus for manufacturing a nonwoven fabric comprising this spinning apparatus. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A spinning apparatus comprising one or more spinning nozzles for extruding a spinning liquid, and a gas nozzle for ejecting gas, located upstream of the nozzles for extruding the liquid, and the nozzles are directly contacted with each other so that the central axes of the spinning nozzles are parallel to the central axis of the gas nozzle.
