PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resonator, a filter and a capacitor device that are suitable for small size and height reduction. SOLUTION: A first internal electrode 11 is cylindrical and embedded in a dielectric base D. A second internal electrode 12 is columnar and embedded in the dielectric base D to have its outer peripheral surface opposite an inner peripheral surface of the first internal electrode 11. The first internal electrode 11 and the second internal electrode 12 include the dielectric base D interposed therebetween, so that a coupling capacity is generated between the first internal electrode 11 and the second internal electrode 12. Furthermore, the first internal electrode 11 and the second internal electrode 12 have inductor components so that the resonators Q1 to Q2 are each a series circuit of a capacitor C and an inductor L. In the capacitor device, shown in Fig.1, magnetic fields produced by currents I1 and I2 are opposite in direction between adjacent ones of the resonators Q to Q4 and cancel each other so that ESL can be reduced.
