PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an installation place, while securing observable angle resolution. SOLUTION: Each of ocean radar stations 2A, 2B is equipped with a signal processing part 25 for calculating flow velocity of a surface ocean current based on received signals Srxa-Srxd output respectively from a plurality of receiving antennas 23 receiving a reflected wave of a radar signal transmitted from a transmitting antenna 21 toward the ocean. The signal processing part 25 executes primary Fourier transform processing for distance decomposition and secondary Fourier transform processing for Doppler frequency decomposition relative to time series data of each received signal Srxa-Srxd output from each receiving antenna 23, calculates a power spectrum of each Doppler frequency corresponding to each flow velocity along the line-of-sight direction in a prescribed equal-distance sea area, and calculates each Doppler frequency fd correlatively with a scanning angle by applying a Capon method to each calculated power spectrum of each received signal Srxa-Srxd.
