<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve luminous efficiency (light extraction efficiency) in a multi-unit type organic EL element in which a plurality of organic light-emitting layers are laminated. <P>SOLUTION: In the multi-unit type organic electroluminescence (EL) element in which a transparent electrode is disposed on a transparent substrate, at least one kind of light-emitting layers and conductive intermediate layers are laminated alternately on the transparent electrode, and a counter electrode is further disposed thereupon, its luminous efficiency (light extraction efficiency) is made adequate by using one or more intermediate layers including a transparent conductive carbon layer as a conductive intermediate layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
