<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic corrosion preventive type rolling bearing of ceramic thermal spraying having necessary insulation performance and can reduce processing cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electrolytic corrosion preventive type rolling bearing includes a ceramic insulation layer 4 on its surface mounted to a housing or a shaft in an outer ring 2 or an inner ring 1. Material of the insulation layer 4 is gray alumina composed of AL2O3 including TIO2. The insulation layer has insulation destructive force equivalent to that of white alumina and is thinner than a gray alumina thermal spraying insulation layer in which a TIO2 content rate is 2.5 wt.%.
