PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered product for forming a substrate having interconnections, and to provide a low resistance wiring structure which exhibits high patterning performance, productivity or moisture resistance and heat resistance and does not have a tendency to generate hillock in an organic EL panel using that layered product. SOLUTION: An organic EL panel is provided on a substrate 1, with a pair of electrodes 6 and 10 at least either of which is translucent, and an organic layer 9 which is formed between the electrodes 6 and 10 and having at least a light emitting layer. The organic EL panel includes a layered product 5 which is formed by laminating a conductor layer 5b of aluminum containing at least nickel and boron, and a cap layer 5c containing molybdenum or a molybdenum alloy in this order on the substrate 1, wherein at least one of the electrodes 6 and 10 and the layered product 5 are connected electrically at least in a part thereof.
