PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture control undergarment for hemorrhoids which ameliorates pain at an undergarment contact part, and dirt of the undergarment caused by secretion from a hemorrhoid affected part. SOLUTION: This moisture control undergarment includes a water-repelling and oil-repelling material in a gore member, and a water absorbing material in a crotch member so as to control moisture of pus and blood from a hemorrhoid affected part.
