PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small barrier device that has a high degree of freedom in design, is easily assembled, and has high reliability; and to provide a lens barrel and a camera. SOLUTION: A barrier drive ring 21, which rotates on operation of opening/closing a barrier device, is provided with a spring hook portion 21c, with which a main-blade closing spring 27 and a sub-blade closing spring 28 for forcing a barrier main-blade 22 and a barrier sub-blade 23 respectively are commonly engaged.
