PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user convenience while keeping communication regulations by performing processing corresponding to a status or function of a base station. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a communication apparatus that performs communication on the basis of control of a base station. The communication apparatus is configured to detect a signal from other radio system and to perform control corresponding to a communication status or function of the base station when the communication using a frequency channel, on which the signal is detected, is halted.
