PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a conductive member in which a conductive pattern with high precision is manufactured by an easy method. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the conductive member includes a stage of forming a conductive pattern layer 120 on a transparent base 110 by printing a solution containing a conductive high polymer on the transparent base 110 in a pattern shape.
