PURPOSE:To improve remakably the efficiency of the hardening treatment with a very simple constitution, by installing the water intercepting plate leaving an appropriate interval in front of the inlet of the quench ring, when the steel pipe heated to the prescribed hardening temperature is cooled with the quench ring. |
