PURPOSE: A base station antenna capable of changing configuration is provided to reflect the state of communication environment in real time by changing radiation direction of an antenna beam. CONSTITUTION: A base station antenna includes reflection plates(42,46), a ray dome, a bottom cap(413) and a top cap(411). Each reflection plate has at least one radiation element. The ray dome accommodates the reflection plates in an internal cavity. The bottom cap and the top cap are combined to the bottom and the top of the ray dome respectively. The base station antenna further includes a reflection plate connection member(44,45), a dynamic power generation part(48) and a dynamic power transfer structure parts(493,495). The reflection plate connection member is connected to the reflection plates, the bottom cap and the top cap. The reflection connection member enables to rotate the reflection plates. The dynamic power generation part provides torque. The dynamic power transfer structure transfers the torque of the dynamic power generation part to the reflection plates. The dynamic power generation part or the dynamic power transfer structure part is connected to the reflection plate.
