Disclosed is a method of determining the dose range of warfarin for a subject, comprising investigating the single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) at the 3673 position of SEQ ID NO: 1 in the subject, determining whether the subject is warfarin sensitive or resistant based on the SNP at the 3673 position, wherein homozygous AA, heterozygous AG, and homozygous GG at this position indicate that the patient is warfarin sensitive, intermediate sensitive, and resistant, respectively; and predicting a warfarin dosage range based on the warfarin sensitivity/resistance of the subject. |
