<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently select a communication system corresponding to a communication partner. <P>SOLUTION: A positioning unit 32 acquires positional information of a current location and a list storage unit 34 stores a priority list, on which a plurality of communication systems are prioritized and registered, associated with the positional information. An information processing unit 33 reads a priority list corresponding to the acquired positional information of the current location from the list storage unit 34, selects any one of the plurality of communication systems sequentially on the basis of the read priority list and causes a non-contact IC chip 35 to communicate with a communication partner in accordance with the selected communication system.
