PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit structure having a plurality terminals protruding integrally on one edge of a substrate that is miniaturized without requiring a multilayer substrate: and to provide an electrical junction box.

SOLUTION: The circuit structure includes: a plurality of bus bars 20 each formed by stamping a conductive plate; a substrate portion 11 for integrally holding the plurality of bus bars 20; a group of one terminals 21 protruding so as to be arranged on the one edge of the substrate portion 11 out of the ends of the plurality of bus bars 20; and the other group of terminals 22 disposed in a plurality of stages with the one group of terminals 21 in the one edge of the substrate portion 11 by bending an extension 24 extending from the substrate portion 11 out of ends of the plurality of bus bars 20 at least two times.
