<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce current consumption after outputting a reset signal in a power-on reset circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A constant current circuit 10 is started by voltage fluctuation in power supply input to a power supply terminal 60, and when a charge to a second capacitor 32 is completed, functions of the constant current circuit 10 are stopped. Namely, the reset signal is outputted while the constant current circuit 10 operates. Thus, the current consumption in the constant current circuit 10 after outputting the reset signal is reduced by stopping the functions of the constant current circuit 10 after releasing a reset. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
