PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress unauthorized duplication by burying non-voice data, such as, copyright protection information without deviating from the specifications of a CD-DA format of a music CD, and without imposing adverse effects on voice data. SOLUTION: Information can be controlled without reducing voice quality, even when non-voice data are stored in voice data (S11e) by encoding the non-voice data in a displacement value recognized as a silent or a small voice as pulse code modulation data (S11c). Psychological defence against unauthorized duplication is made possible, since music package commodities and production information thereof, and information on commodity purchasing of consumers, can be included in the music CD as copyright protection information and information on consumer's activity is also duplicated simultaneously and delivered widely, if unauthorized duplication is performed.
