PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectroscopic module capable of improving reliability. SOLUTION: A light passage hole 50 for passing light L1 traveling to a spectroscopic part 4 is formed in a photo-detection element 5 in the spectroscopic module 1. It is therefore possible to prevent the occurrence of deviations in the relative positional relation between the light passage hole 50 and a photo-detection part 5a of the photo-detection element 5. The photo-detection element 5 is further pasted to the front surface 2a of a substrate 2 by an optical plastic agent 63. It is thereby possible to reduce stress on the photo-detection element 5 due to the difference of thermal expansion between the photo-detection element 5 and the substrate 2. A first accumulation part 101 is formed in the photo-detection element 5 in such a way as to be positioned between the photo-detection part 5a and the light passage hole 50 when viewed from a direction intersecting with the front surface 2a approximately at right angles. The optical plastic agent 63 is thereby accumulated by the first accumulation part 101 when the photo-detection element 5 is to be mounted to the substrate 2 via the optical plastic agent 63.
